+ I have no idea what I need or where to start, can you still help?
Absolutely. We also offer Strategy Session for this very purpose. Before we jump in, it’s important to know what your company goals are and how design can impact your brand. If you’re feeling lost during this time, we’ll dive deep on what you need to focus on, what changes you can implement, and how you can structure (or restructure) your business to alleviate any pain points.

+ What is your availability to take on new projects?
Our availability is typically one to two months in advance. Since we choose to work with a select number of clients each year, we take our time to research before design. Take a look at our About page to get a look into our process.

+ Do you work with existing brands/logos?
We do not typically work with existing brand identities, as this is our entry point for working with new clients. Once we have completed this process, we are then able to offer other design services to support your business such as website design, print materials, and packaging. This ensures consistency and a holistic overall brand for our clients. However, there are always exceptions to the rule so please feel free to reach out.
+ I already have a designer, can you help me with development?
Unfortunately, no. All of our projects have some component of creative direction or design. We like to be involved from start to finish, this is how we provide the most value for our clients.
+ How do we get started?
If it seems like we’re the right fit, we will schedule an initial call to discuss the vision for your business, your passion for what you do, and your future business goals.
+ What’s the cost?
Our custom pricing is available upon request. At Studio Jazeena, there’s no room for a cookie-cutter approach. Instead, you’ll receive pricing structured custom to your needs and mindful of your budget. We take pride in offering design solutions that directly impact your business, and offer skills of great caliber from our team and our resources.
+ How long does it take?
Brand identity projects typically take 4 to 6 weeks and web design starts at 12 weeks.
We operate on block scheduling and book projects one to two months in advance of their start date. This way, all items are ready to go before we start designing to ensure the project runs smoothly and we hit every deadline.
+ How do we work together if I’m not local?
Location is never an issue. Most of our clients live all over the world, and we connect by email, phone, and video conferencing.
Communication is key and we never want to leave you in the dark.
